The Difference Makers Campaign

WoodGreen has a plan – one that is as ambitious as it is transformative.

It is a plan to improve access, expand programs and breathe innovation into finding viable answers to the chronic, complex issues that plague our city. It is a holistic and all-encompassing plan designed to break the cycle and downward spiral of poverty. It will address all the inter-related facets of poverty including: housing, living expenses, skills training, stable employment, and the mental and physical health and well-being of the most vulnerable people in our city.
