Sinai Health System, WoodGreen partner to support and empower family caregivers

Caregivers who visit their loved ones at Bridgepoint Active Healthcare in Riverdale are no longer being seen as visitors.

As a result of a new partnership between Sinai Health System and WoodGreen Community Services, with the help of $2.3 million in funding from The Change Foundation, family caregivers are now viewed as key partners in a patient’s care team from the hospital to the community.
