A well-known east-end social service agency is looking to the future with the hiring of a seasoned and proven fundraising professional to head up its foundation.

Teresa Vasilopoulos, a lifelong east end Toronto resident who has called the Beach home for five years, started her new role as the executive director of The WoodGreen Foundation in early May.
