This newly created, full time role, reporting to the CEOs of the Anchor Partners and Primary Care Lead, will be accountable for developing and implementing initiatives to advance integrated care and partnerships across the East Toronto Health Partners (ETHP). This director will lead partnership projects and build system capacity by envisioning, developing and maintaining key relationships and partnerships that will better connect services across the system both within and outside the East Toronto Health Partners.
